Our Mission

Our purpose is to give travelers to the Philippines and Guam, an easy access to choose a place to stay and to have direct communication with property owners.

About Metro Travel Lodge

We are a group of friends who love to travel and have decided to come-up with a website to showcase our property listings in the Philippines and Guam.

We aim to make it easier for travelers to book directly with the owners or through the various online booking platforms, where the selected properties are listed under.

Communication and Cleanliness

Communication is of utmost important. While we believe that the various online booking platforms have established sophisticated communication systems and industry proven processes, sometimes working with a middleman results in miscommunication and delays.   Metro Travel Lodge provides guests with another venue to reach out directly to property owners, prior to booking.

It is important to note that although direct communications between guests and property owners are welcomed, once booking is confirmed, we encourage subsequent communications be made and remain on the selected booking platform.  As property owners, we abide by the policies set forth by each booking platform.

As safety is our number one concern, especially during this time of crisis, we make sure that our property listings are thoroughly cleaned prior to each guest’s stay. Our strict booking rules allow us to have adequate time to assign experienced cleaning personnel who are meticulous about the cleaning process.

We have also established specific house rules for each property listing to help ensure our guest’s safety. Additionally, as part of safety precaution and to ensure a smooth check-in process, we require valid identification from each of our registered guests prior to check-in.  In turn, we would also provide the guests with a valid identification of the hosts or co-hosts who will be assisting during the check-in and/or check-out process.
