Booking Manual

1. Booking changes or extensions must be made through the selected booking platform.

2. Booking must reflect the correct number of guests. Unregistered guests not allowed.

3. We prefer that all communication be made through one messaging platform only.

4. We respond to messages immediately. However, we also hold day jobs and can’t be expected to be constantly looking at our mobile devices. Messages sent during office hours (between 8am and 5pm Manila Time) will be responded to within one hour. Messages sent outside of office hours and while the host or co-host is asleep, driving or otherwise preoccupied with other activities, will be responded to as soon as it is humanly possible to do so.

Enjoy your stay and please treat the unit like your own home. We ask that you leave the unit in a clean and orderly manner. Below is our house manual to guide you during your stay.

House Manual

1. Unregistered Guests and Parties are not allowed. Must indicate the correct number of guests when booking.

2. No smoking in the unit.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. Keep the unit clean. Please do not use your outdoor shoes/footwear inside the unit

5. Please conserve electricity. Turn-off the air-conditioner and other electrical appliances before leaving the unit or when not in use.

6. Please conserve water. Please do not leave the faucet running.

7. Please check that the toilet is properly flushed and do not leave the water closet running. Leave bathroom doors open when not in used to prevent mold & mildew build-up.

8. Please do not hang wet/dripping clothes or towels inside the unit as it may cause molds and water damage. Laundry Service Facility is walking distance from the condo.

9. Check-In is between 2pm & 6pm and check-out is at noon (12pm) but we will try to accommodate reasonable requests.

10.Oven may NOT be used for short term rental

11.Please take care of the unit keys. In addition to lost key fees, you will also be charged for inconvenience fees.

12. At least 3 days before checking in, please provide a copy of your photo ID for security purposes. Our properties have strict security rules and does not allow entry to anyone not registered.

13. For properties with stairs – Watch your steps especially when using the stairs. Children under 5 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the stairs.

14. For properties with Balconies – Access to balcony is at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age are absolutely not allowed on the balcony.

15. For properties with multiple rooms where booking is limited per room:

  • Accessible rooms/areas are as follows: a. Living Area b. Dining Area c. Kitchen Area
  • For 2BR booking : 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms
  • For 1BR booking: 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom
  • Access codes to accessible rooms will be issued and must not be shared.

16. A minimum of $100 will be charged to the guest for non-compliance or violation of the house rules.

NOTE: The guest shall be responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or damages/loss to guests’ personal belongings sustained in any of the unit listed at MetroTravelLodge, during his or her stay.
