This unique and charming house is your home away from home surrounded by nature and peaceful sounds. It has two (2) view decks that allows you to have a view of magnificent pine trees and mountains, reminiscent of Old Baguio. You have full access to the house and its outside yard so you can spread out and make yourselves at home.

Our guests has access to our whole apartment unit, BBQ grill area, parking space, and our beautiful rose garden.

Other things to note

We are in the process of installing safety precautions around the area. Also, please do not let kids (or anyone) sit on a railing or go to the edge of stone or concrete ripraps, balustrade, or parapets. We do not cover medical expenses due to taking risks and accidents due to carelessness. Have a pleasant and safe stay.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT REMINDER! We hope that everything is to make your stay convenient. In case you require information, please feel free to ask us. In the case of other necessities, we will gladly assist you through text or call the soonest when our availability allows. This is a vacation self-serve house. We provide essentials and you are to use and take care of the house as if it is your own. Unlike hotels, we expect our guest to serve their own. That lowers our rates dramatically. But in extreme circumstances that you need onsite assistance, we charge a minimum of Php 750.00 (Between 8 AM to 5 PM) and Php 1,200.00 on other hours during weekdays, and Php 2,000.00 on weekends. This is to cover expenses and labour.
