Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 14 or more days prior to reservation start date will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus 12% processing fee.
- Cancellation made within 7 – 14 days of reservation start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days from reservation start date are not eligible for refund.
- Please submit your cancellation request using the form below.
- Allow 7 to 10 business days to process any applicable refund.
Notes:
- Pets and ESAs are not permitted on the property or in the condo unit.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo or housing unit. Smoking inside will result in the loss of security deposit.
- Please step outside the building to smoke.
- The cancellation policy is enforced.
- Please purchase travel insurance if you think you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.
